Your first visit is relaxed and unhurried. One of our Patient Care Specialists will ask about where you struggle to hear – church, restaurants, the TV, family dinners – then test your hearing and walk you through the results. If hearing aids make sense, we’ll explain your options from several brands side by side so you can choose what fits your ears, your lifestyle and your budget. If you don’t need hearing aids, we’ll tell you that, too. Bringing a spouse or family member along is always welcome.
Patients visit our Elizabethtown office from Elizabethtown and nearby communities such as Mount Joy, Rheems, Bainbridge, Maytown, Marietta, Manheim, Middletown and Hershey. We also have offices in Lititz and Strasburg, so you can choose whichever location is most convenient.

Call us and tell us what you have. We service many makes and models and can often clean, adjust or repair them.
Your insurance card, a list of medications, any previous hearing test results and your current hearing aids, if you have them. A family member is welcome to come along.
